The Colorado state program provides short-term disability benefits through the Disability Benefit Law (DBL) and Paid Family Leave (PFL) wage replacement benefits to eligible employees who need time off from work for qualifying reasons.

- All employees are eligible as required by Colorado Statutory Law
- The benefit percentages include 90% of earnings less than 50% of the state average weekly wage and 50% of earnings greater than 50 times the state average weekly wage
- The maximum weekly benefit is $1,324.21
- The benefit duration is 12 weeks for family and 12 weeks for medical
