Retirement Planning

Our Company has partnered with Fidelity to provide a robust 401(k) option for our valued employees.

Having a good financial retirement plan eliminates stress and allows you to accomplish these goals. With a strong retirement fund, your money will free you up, rather than hinder you.

Eligibility

Regular, full time associates of Nant and its affiliates are eligible to participate in the Retirement Plan on the first day of the month following 30 days of service. You are not eligible for the Plan if you are a temporary associate or regularly scheduled to work less than 30 hours per week. If you do not enroll in the Plan upon eligibility, you will be automatically enrolled after a 30-day notice period in the Automatic Enrollment Program. If you don’t want to participate, you must opt-out within the 30-day notice period.

Contribution Limits

The amount you can contribute to all designated 401(k) accounts in any one year is limited. If you have contributed toward a traditional 401(k) or Roth 401(k) with any previous employer(s) during this plan year, please make sure your contributions do not exceed the maximum for ALL accounts combined.

The IRS defines a combined maximum of $23,500 in 2025. Employees 50 years of age or older may contribute an additional $7,500 in 2025.
